Welcome to West Valley College

The most beautiful college campus in California.

We are now accepting applications for Summer and Fall 2012.

If you are a NEW or RETURNING student to WVC, complete this on-line application.

The enrollment process is 5 easy steps:

1. Complete this on-line application and obtain your student ID number.

a.     You will receive a Confirmation Email within 24 business hrs.

      (Please keep the confirmation number for future reference.)

b.     You will receive a Second Email within 48 business hours with your student ID number, your password and information about registration.

      (If you do not receive this email, please call our Admissions Office at 408-741-4644 or email askwvc@westvalley.edu for assistance.)

2. Complete the assessment tests for English, reading and math.

3. Register for a college orientation.

4. Apply for financial aid.

5. Register and pay for classes.

High School Students: Concurrent Enrollment students need to apply online, then print the Concurrent Enrollment packet and submit at the time of registration. To access the CE Packet, go to:  westvalley.edu/admissions/concurrent.html

*Summer Session: Seniors - Submit CE packets and register in the Admissions Office, May 21.

                             Juniors - Submit CE packets and register in the Admissions Office, May 22.

*Fall Semester: Seniors - Submit CE packets and register in the Admissions Office, August 13.

                        Juniors - Submit CE packets and register in the Admissions Office, August 14.

International Students: International students cannot apply using this online application. To access the International Student Application, go to: westvalley.edu/services/international/index.html

How to Use the West Valley College Online Application

To complete the online application, simply type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answers from the popup lists (where applicable).

After you complete a screen, click the [Next] button at the bottom or on one of the sections listed on the left column to move to a different screen. Before you are allowed to jump screens, we will inspect your data on the current screen for errors or inconsistencies. If errors or omissions are found, you will be returned to the screen to correct your answer(s). Otherwise, your data will be saved and you will proceed to the requested screen. We also allow you to skip to another screen without your new data being saved. Be aware that if you use the Skip & Jump function on the left column, data on the current screen will not be saved and will have to be re-entered prior to submittal.

Once you have completed the application, click the [Submit] button located on the left column to submit the application.
