This is an important message from West Los Angeles College. We regret to inform you that due to the dramatic problems with the California budget, West Los Angeles College must cancel the 2009 summer session that would have begun in July. Several of the other campuses will offer a session that begins in mid-June. Visit the www.LAColleges.net to find June classes at those campuses. For more important information and helpful resources including answers to questions on tuition refunds, financial aid, transfer and more, visit the West web page at www.wlac.edu. We deeply regret any inconvenience this summer cancellation may cause you. The Fall 2009 semester will still begin on August 31. We encourage you to enroll in classes today if you have not already done so to ensure your space in the class. Academic Counseling services will remain open through the summer as well as Financial Aid, Admissions and other student services. Please visit the web site for their summer hours of operation.

Who Should Apply
- Anyone who has never attended this college
- Anyone who attended this college previously, BUT who has NOT ATTENDED in both the previous Fall and Spring Semesters.
- High school students over the age of 13 may also apply online. However a Supplemental Application for Admission of Students in Grades K-12 is also required.
