Orange Coast College is accepting applications for Summer/Fall 2013
Important!

IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY TAKING CLASSES AT OCC
International students (those requiring an F-1 Visa) please click here for application information. Please do not use this application.
New Students: You’re considered a new student if you’ve never taken classes at Orange Coast College. New students, regardless of their educational background and goal, must apply for admission. If you need financial assistance, apply for financial aid at the time of the application (you’ll be given an opportunity to apply via the FAFSA website at the end of this application.)
Returning Students: Returning students are those who have previously attended Orange Coast College but have missed one or more semesters. Returning students must apply for admission to be assigned a registration appointment and to activate their MyOCC account.
If you've already submitted an online application, please DO NOT create a new account. Please sign in using the user name and password you established the first time you signed in.
Continuing Students: Important: If you are a continuing student (those who are registered in classes for the current term) DO NOT reapply for admission. Continuing students will automatically receive an appointment to register for the next term. Appointments will be available via your MyOCC site a few weeks before registration starts so make sure to check MyOCC periodically for updates.
High School Students: If you are in High School and are currently taking classes at OCC, you MUST reapply to OCC as a student Graduating from High School.collegeduring your senior year. All students that will be graduating from high school must apply for admission to take classes at OCC
Early Start Program: High school students may be eligible for Orange Coast College’s Early Start Program. The Early Start Program is designed for 11th and 12th grade high school students seeking advanced scholastic or vocational coursework not available at the high school. Click here for more information

Fall 2013 8/26 -12/15
Important Information: Once you submit your online application, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately (sent to the email address you supplied on your application) and a follow up email approximately 5 business days later, which will provide instructions on what you need to do next. Please make sure to read all the information in the email you receive regarding your application.
Important: Please make sure that the email address you provide is correct so that you receive confirmation of your application and instructions as to what you need to do to complete the admissions process.
Some Internet Service Providers filter mail from Orange Coast College so please check your trash folder if you don't receive an email response in about one week of submitting your application. You can avoid this by adding occadmissions@mail.occ.cccd.edu to your Approved Senders list. This is especially important if you use providers such as AOL, Yahoo, Earthlink, MSN, Hotmail, or Roadrunner and/or you use spam filters.

How to Use the Orange Coast College Online Application
|
To complete the online application, simply type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answers from
the popup lists (where applicable).
After you complete a screen, click the [Next] button at the bottom or on one of the sections listed on the left column to move to a different screen. Before you are allowed to jump screens, we will inspect your data on the current screen for errors or inconsistencies. If errors or omissions are found, you will be returned to the screen to correct your answer(s). Otherwise, your data will be saved and you will proceed to the requested screen. We also allow you to skip to another screen without your new data being saved. Be aware that if you use the Skip & Jump function
on the left column, data on the current screen will not be saved and will have to be re-entered prior to submittal.
Once you have completed the application, click the [Submit] button located on the left column to submit the application.
