Dear Mission College Applicant,
We are pleased that you are interested in studying at Mission College. We proudly celebrate over 30 years of excellence in higher education in the heart of Silicon Valley.
In order to use this online application service, you must be 18 years or older, or be 17 years and graduated from high school. Otherwise, you must visit the Admission & Records Office and apply in person.
Furthermore, at this time, international students may not use this application service. International students must complete Mission College's international student application at http://missioncollege.org/community/iis/apply.html Contact the Institute for International Students at iis@wvmccd.cc.ca.us
After your application has been successfully transmitted, you will receive email confirmation at the email address that you provide. This process may take 48 hours. Assessment: All first time college students and non-exempt students who plan to earn a certificate, degree and/or a university transfer admission are required to take placement tests. Continuing students who have not taken tests and are taking courses with a prerequisite in English, ESL, Reading and /or Math may also be required to take placement tests. Orientation: This is required for all new first-time college students planning to work towards a degree or certificate at Mission College, or to transfer to a 4-year college. Register for orientation by enrolling in the Counseling 000A class (0.5 unit). Application Instructions
- Complete this online application. After you are finished, click the SUBMIT button located on the left column of the application and follow the directions.
- NO FEES are charged for a California Community College admission application. Fees may be charged for the additional international application from each campus.
- REQUEST official transcripts from previous schools attended be sent to the records office at the address below.

How to Use the Mission College Online Application
|
To complete the online application, simply type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answers from
the popup lists (where applicable).
After you complete a screen, click the [Next] button at the bottom or on one of the sections listed on the left column to move to a different screen. Before you are allowed to jump screens, we will inspect your data on the current screen for errors or inconsistencies. If errors or omissions are found, you will be returned to the screen to correct your answer(s). Otherwise, your data will be saved and you will proceed to the requested screen. We also allow you to skip to another screen without your new data being saved. Be aware that if you use the Skip & Jump function
on the left column, data on the current screen will not be saved and will have to be re-entered prior to submittal.
Once you have completed the application, click the [Submit] button located on the left column to submit the application.
