Any student that is holding a VISA status (ex. H1B, H4, etc.) must come to Mission College and apply in-person. Applications will be available in the Welcome Center, located in the lobby of the Main Building.
For any student that is undocumented, please come into the Admissions Office and fill out an Application for Admissions. At the time of your application submission, we will determine your eligibility.
High school students (11th and 12th graders) can submit an application. High school students are required to submit a High School Concurrent Enrollment Form in-person to the Admissions Office when registering for class. Registration for high school students will begin 2 weeks before the semester begins.
After your application has been successfully transmitted, you will receive email confirmation at the email address that you provide. This process may take 48 hours.
Assessment: All first time college students and non-exempt students who plan to earn a certificate, degree and/or a university transfer admission are required to take placement tests. Continuing students who have not taken tests and are taking courses with a prerequisite in English, ESL, Reading and /or Math may also be required to take placement tests. Orientation: This is required for all new first-time college students planning to work towards a degree or certificate at Mission College, or to transfer to a 4-year college.
