Los Angeles Southwest College is no longer accepting online applications for Spring 2013 If you wish to attend for the Spring 2013 term, you must submit an Admissions Application in the Office of Admissions and Records by February 14, 2013. The deadline to add classes is Thursday, February 14, 2013.

Term Dates and Information

We are not offering a Winter 2013 session this year.

Spring 2013 semester begins February 4, 2013 and ends June 3, 2013.

Note: If you are a current student at LASC or have applied within the past two semesters at ANY other college within the Los Angeles Community College District (City, East, Harbor, Mission, Pierce, Trade-Tech, Valley or West), you DO NOT need to apply. Please check your district-wide registration appointment using the Student Information System.

Who Should Apply?

Anyone who has never attended Los Angeles Southwest College.
Any LASC student that did not attend Fall 2012 or Spring 2012.
High School students over 13 years of age may also apply online. A Supplemental Application Form (K-12 form) is required in addition to the online college application, and must be submitted by the student (with a photo I.D. no later than January 31, 2013.
International students with F-1 visas should apply through the LASC International Student Office on campus (SSB 116) or go to our International Student Program.

How to Use the Los Angeles Southwest College Online Application

To complete the online application, simply type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answers from the popup lists (where applicable).

After you complete a screen, click the [Next] button at the bottom or on one of the sections listed on the left column to move to a different screen. Before you are allowed to jump screens, we will inspect your data on the current screen for errors or inconsistencies. If errors or omissions are found, you will be returned to the screen to correct your answer(s). Otherwise, your data will be saved and you will proceed to the requested screen. We also allow you to skip to another screen without your new data being saved. Be aware that if you use the Skip & Jump function on the left column, data on the current screen will not be saved and will have to be re-entered prior to submittal.

Once you have completed the application, click the [Submit] button located on the left column to submit the application.
