Applications are received every 15 minutes throughout each day.   Once your application has been processed, you will be sent an e-mail with instructions for logging into our InSite portal.  (Please see the important information below about Spam Filters.)  You will then be able to view your registration appointment and current course offerings by accessing WebAdvisor within the InSite portal.

Be sure to visit the college website for other important information on steps to prepare you for course enrollment.  These steps include new student orientation, assessment testing for placement into English and Math courses, and advisement in program planning.  You will be able to register for courses online using WebAdvisor within the InSite portal.

NOTE:   Some applications are delayed if duplicate student records are found in our system.  These applications are manually processed several times throughout each weekday.  Applications requiring duplicate resolution that are submitted after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed Monday at 9:00 AM.

EMAIL:   The College is pleased to be able to provide e-mail accounts to all students through a partnership between the Contra Costa Community College District and Microsoft.  The college-provided e-mail is called InSite Mail.  All College communications will be sent to your InSite Mail address.  This includes registration notices, Financial Aid information and other time sensitive messages that may be important to your studies.  More information about InSite Mail, including instructions on how to access your mailbox and how you can forward it to your personal address, will be sent after your application is processed.

SPAM FILTERS:   You will need to allow e-mail from the following addresses in your spam filters:  insite.4cd.edu for e-mails related to registration; and contracosta.edu, dvc.edu or losmedanos.edu for e-mails sent directly from faculty and your college.

IMPORTANT:   This online application is not available to International Students.  International Students must complete an International Student Application for Admission.  This application can be downloaded from the college website using the link below.
