Admission Application for SPRING 2012
is closed for full-term courses
Admission Application for late start courses will be accepted beginning
2/7/2012
Students applying 2/7/2012 or after for classes that begin after 2/6 are considered late applicants for late starting coures.
Late applicants may experience delays in registration and limited class availability Most classes are full at this time.
PLEASE BE SURE TO APPLY FOR THE CORRECT SEMESTER IN WHICH YOU PLAN TO ATTEND.
· Please note: if you completed an application for fall 2011 or summer 2011 and did not attend, you need to complete the admission application for spring 2012
· If you completed an application for spring 2011 or fall 2011 and attended- you do not need to complete the admission application.
IT IS IMPORTANT you have an e-mail account before you begin to complete your admission application so that you receive your student id number and registration instructions. If you do not have an e-mail address/account you may register for a FREE EMAIL ACCOUNT AT Google or Yahoo.
If you are a returning student and your name has changed, please use your original name when completing the admission application. Then complete the Name Change form and take it to Admissions & Records.
Returning Students should log into WebAdvisor to verify their student Id number. Note: a student ID number is not needed to register via the WebAdvisor.

How to Use the College of the Desert Online Application
|
To complete the online application, simply type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answers from
the popup lists (where applicable).
After you complete a screen, click the [Next] button at the bottom or on one of the sections listed on the left column to move to a different screen. Before you are allowed to jump screens, we will inspect your data on the current screen for errors or inconsistencies. If errors or omissions are found, you will be returned to the screen to correct your answer(s). Otherwise, your data will be saved and you will proceed to the requested screen. We also allow you to skip to another screen without your new data being saved. Be aware that if you use the Skip & Jump function
on the left column, data on the current screen will not be saved and will have to be re-entered prior to submittal.
Once you have completed the application, click the [Submit] button located on the left column to submit the application.
