The College of Marin is fully accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. Whether your immediate goal is to earn an Associate Degree, transfer to a four-year university, advance in your current career or explore a new career, the College of Marin has the programs and resources to help you succeed.

International Student Program: a citizen of another country seeking to study in the United States on an F-1 visa :

High School Students: College Credit Program/Concurrent Enrollment (CCP) students seeking admissions to the College of Marin while attending high school: Registration for CCP Summer 2012 begins June 11, 2012 and Registration for CCP Fall 2012 begins August 6, 2012

Students who attended the College of Marin during the previous two (2) consecutive semesters do not need to complete a new application. You may proceed directly to the MyCOM Portal to check for your registration date using:

IMPORTANT: When you initiate the On-Line Admissions Application you will be required to set up an account by submitting a “User Name” and “Password”. Your “User Name” and “Password” is for accessing your on-line admissions application account through CCCAPPLY.ORG. It is important that you remember your User Name and Password in order to change any of the information you submitted or to apply to other California Community Colleges that subscribe to the CCCAPPLY common admissions application.

 

After submitting your admissions application you will receive a “Welcome Letter” from the College of Marin (Portal Activation) inviting you to visit the MyCOM Portal where you will access on-line registration services. The Welcome Letter also contains your College of Marin initial “Username” and “Password”. You will use the College of Marin Username and Password to access the MyCOM Portal and all the services that the Portal will provide you.

How to Use the College of Marin Online Application
To complete the online application, simply type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answers from the popup lists (where applicable).

After you complete a screen, click the [Next] button at the bottom or on one of the sections listed on the left column to move to a different screen. Before you are allowed to jump screens, we will inspect your data on the current screen for errors or inconsistencies. If errors or omissions are found, you will be returned to the screen to correct your answer(s). Otherwise, your data will be saved and you will proceed to the requested screen. We also allow you to skip to another screen without your new data being saved. Be aware that if you use the Skip & Jump function on the left column, data on the current screen will not be saved and will have to be re-entered prior to submittal.

Once you have completed the application, click the [Submit] button located on the left column to submit the application.
