We are now accepting applications for Fall 2008

(FA08 Term Dates: Aug 25-Dec 21)

 

Applications for Spring 2009 will begin on October 20, 2008 (SP09 Term Dates: Jan 12-May 20)

 

How to Apply

 

Step I:

·         Read this page

·         Create a NEW User Account if you are applying online for the first time – or –

Log in as a RETURNING USER if you have previously applied online

·         Complete and submit application – be sure to click the “Finish” link

·         Print confirmation page for your records

Step II

·         Check your email account:

o    Immediately - Confirmation receipt from CCCApply

o    Within 24 hours - Chaffey ID Number and Registration Date

Step III:

·         Select and Register for classes online via My ChaffeyVIEW.

·         Pay fees online or in the Admissions office.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)

Q: I registered for classes in the current term/semester. Do I have to submit another admission application? No, you don’t. You can view your registration date on My ChaffeyVIEW.

 

Q: Is there a way to retrieve my Username and Password I used in the past when I submitted my online application? You can access the help links at the Log In prompt, or you can create a new application account but you must use an email address that is different from the original one used.  

 

Q: Why haven’t I received my first email from CCCApply? Your application has not been finalized. You will need to go back into the online application and finish it.

 

Q: Who should I contact if I haven’t received my second email from Chaffey College? Send an email to admissions@chaffey.edu and include the last 8 digits of your confirmation number.

 

Q: I don’t have a personal email account, so I created one through CCCApply. How do I access that CCCApply email account? Go to www.cccapply.org and click on Ask for Help. Select CCCApply Mail and log in with your Username and Password that you created when you submitted your application.

 

Q: Who should I contact if I am experiencing technical problems while completing my online application?

1.      Completar la solicitud por medio del internet.

2.   Después de presentar su solicitud, usted recibirá inmediatamente un correo electrónico donde se le confirmará que su solicitud ha sido recibida.

3.    Usted recibirá de Chaffey College, un segundo correo electrónico más detallado, dentro de un día de trabajo que incluirá dos fechas de inscripción y su número de identificación del estudiante. Se puede inscriber despues de la fecha indícado.

4.     Si usted no recibe el segundo correo electrónico, es sumamente importante que se pónga en contacto con nuestra oficina escribiendo a admissions@chaffey.edu o por teléfono al (909) 652-6600.

Application Instructions

  • Complete this online application. After you are finished, click the SUBMIT button located on the left column of the application and follow the directions.
  • NO FEES are charged for a California Community College admission application. Fees may be charged for the additional international application from each campus.
  • REQUEST official transcripts from previous schools attended be sent to the records office at the address below.

How to Use the Chaffey College Online Application
To complete the online application, simply type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answers from the popup lists (where applicable).

After you complete a screen, click the [Next] button at the bottom or on one of the sections listed on the left column to move to a different screen. Before you are allowed to jump screens, we will inspect your data on the current screen for errors or inconsistencies. If errors or omissions are found, you will be returned to the screen to correct your answer(s). Otherwise, your data will be saved and you will proceed to the requested screen. We also allow you to skip to another screen without your new data being saved. Be aware that if you use the Skip & Jump function on the left column, data on the current screen will not be saved and will have to be re-entered prior to submittal.

Once you have completed the application, click the [Submit] button located on the left column to submit the application.
