Thank you for your interest in becoming an international student at Fullerton College! The International Student Center (ISC) staff looks forward to helping you throughout the application process.
The ISC provides services for approximated 400 students from over 60 countries. International students at Fullerton College enjoy their own on-campus center and a full-time staff dedicated to their academic success and personal needs.
In a recent survey, 98 percent of current international students would recommend Fullerton College to other prospective students.

Begin the International Application Process
To begin, make sure you are using the correct application:

Do you want to attend Fullerton College as a full-time student on the F-1 visa? This includes new, transfer, and change of status students. Continue using this International Application.
Be
aware that due to the budget crisis in California, there is
insufficient space in courses for the number of students who want to
enroll. New F1 visa students who have no enrollment priority will have
difficulty enrolling in a full course of study.

Are you an F-1 International Student currently attending another US institution and want to attend Fullerton College as a part-time student? Use the
general application.

Are you a US citizen, US permanent resident, or other visa holder (NOT an F-1 or F-2 visa)? If so, please use the
general application.
International Application Documents
To become an F-1 student at Fullerton College, you must submit the following documents:
- Online International Student Application.
- $40.00 Application Fee (non-refundable); U.S. check or money order written to Fullerton College.
- One 2x2 photograph (you can email a digital photo).
- Official High school diploma, if you are under 18 years of age.
- Official college transcripts, if you have attended any US or foreign college.
- English Proficiency scores
- Certification of Support
- Bank Certification
If you are currently a student in the United States, please submit the following:
- Copies of passport, visa stamp, I-94 (both sides).
- Copies of all I-20 forms.
- Transfer Eligibility Form from current school.
