All Applicants/Students

Keep a record of your application confirmation number in case you have problems logging into the PASSPORT Student Administration System.

Returning Students: We will attempt to match your records on your Social Security Number, date of birth and name that we have on file. There may be a delay in the processing of your application if you do not provide the SSN, entered an incorrect DOB and/or if you name has changed.

Enter your e-mail address on the application. If you do not have your own e-mail account, CCCApply will create an email for you. Please make note of the email account information for future use. We are making every effort to communicate with students by sending correspondence through e-mail. We advise you to check your e-mail often, as the information we send may be time sensitive and important to your college career.

After you have completed your application we will send you an email with information about your next steps for enrollment.

New or Returning Students
If you have not attended one of the Peralta Colleges within the last two semesters, please proceed directly to the application form at the bottom of this page.
Continuing Students
You are NOT required to complete an application if you were enrolled in classes at one of the Peralta Colleges within the past year. You may proceed directly to registration by going to the PASSPORT Student Administration System, activating your account, and viewing your enrollment dates. Click here for instructions on how to use PASSPORT.
High School Students – After you have completed the application you will need to:
STEP 1 - Complete a High School Concurrent Enrollment Form.
STEP 2 - The form must include classes recommended by your high school counselor. You, your parents, your high school counselor, and your high school principal must sign the form.
STEP 3 - After you have received your Steps for Enrollment email, submit your form to the Admissions & Records Office on campus and register in person during the Open Enrollment Dates listed in your email. (Matriculation requirements, assessment, orientation and counseling, may be necessary for some students before enrolling in classes.)
International Students
STEP 1 – Complete and submit the International Application Form along with the $50 application fee to the Office of International Affairs
STEP 2 - Upon acceptance, complete the CCCApply Online Application
STEP 3 - Submit Student ID# and pay tuition fee for first semester to Office of International Affairs
STEP 4 - Form I-20 will be issued to you (For transfer students: Form I-20 will be issued to you upon SEVIS release from previous school)
STEP 5 - Complete Matriculation: International Student Orientation and Assessment, Counseling and Advisement
STEP 6 - Go to the PASSPORT Student Administration System and activate your account to view your enrollment dates and register for classes.
STEP 7 - Enroll and pay your fees online during the open enrollment dates.
