Welcome to College of the Desert Online Application

Applications for Fall 2010 are now being accepted.
* Registration and waitlisting closed Monday, August 23 at 6:00pm for enrollment management activities.
* Registration for classes that were not previously filled will resume via WebAdvisor on August 30 at 7:00am.
*An add permit code is required to add filled classes via WebAdvisor and is at the discretion of the instructor.

PLEASE BE SURE TO APPLY FOR THE CORRECT SEMESTER IN WHICH YOU PLAN TO ATTEND.

· Please note: if you completed an application for spring 2010 and did not attend, you need to complete the admission application for fall 2010.

· If you completed an application and attended spring 2010, you do not need to complete the admission application.

IT IS IMPORTANT you have an e-mail account before you begin to complete your admission application so that you recieve your student id number and registration instructions. If you do not have an e-mail address/account you may register for a FREE EMAIL ACCOUNT AT Google or Yahoo.

If you are a returning student and your name has changed, please use your original name to update the information. Then complete the Name Change form and take it to Admissions & Records.

Returning Students should log into WebAdvisor to verify their student Id number. Note: a student ID number is not needed to register via the WebAdvisor or Telephone Registration systems.

How to Use the College of the Desert Online Application

To complete the online application, simply type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answers from the popup lists (where applicable).

After you complete a screen, click the [Next] button at the bottom or on one of the sections listed on the left column to move to a different screen. Before you are allowed to jump screens, we will inspect your data on the current screen for errors or inconsistencies. If errors or omissions are found, you will be returned to the screen to correct your answer(s). Otherwise, your data will be saved and you will proceed to the requested screen. We also allow you to skip to another screen without your new data being saved. Be aware that if you use the Skip & Jump function on the left column, data on the current screen will not be saved and will have to be re-entered prior to submittal.

Once you have completed the application, click the [Submit] button located on the left column to submit the application.
